Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all loom bands, tools, and accessories are included and securely sealed.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
